摘要
本文以夏热冬冷地区的办公建筑为例,探讨了建筑方案阶段在建筑总体布局及单体设计中运用朝向、形体、灰空间等方面的被动式节能策略,主张利用设计的手法而非增加设备投入的方法来达到节约能源、保护环境的目的,从而打造平民化的绿色建筑。
This paper discusses the passive energy-saving strategy on the overal layout and monomer design of office building in hot summer and cold winter area, such as orientation, shape, gray space, etc. And it advocated the ways to save energy, protect the environment by the design techniques rather than by increasing equipment investment, thereby to create civilians green building.
