摘要
中国共产党历来重视主流意识形态的传播,随着网络科技的发展,网络新闻成为网络媒体传播意识形态的主力军。然而,一些新情况和新问题随之出现,如官方网络新闻媒体公众影响力羸弱,非官方网络新闻媒体辅助不力;网络新闻受众群体扩大,复杂性增加,主流意识形态主导权受威胁;网络新闻"把关人"职能缺失,主流意识形态面临复杂的网络环境等。有效利用网络新闻传播社会主义意识形态的关键在于:充分调动官方新闻与商业新闻的互动传播;提高议程设置的能力,把握意识形态主导权;加强教育与完善法制法规并举,全面提升网络新闻"把关人"的道德认识、意识形态认识;进行价值理性的引导,提高国民媒介素养。
The Chinese Communist Party has always attached great importance to the spread of the mainstream ideology.With the development of network technology,network news has become the main force of network media in ideological spread.However,some unprecedented situations and problems appear.First,the official network news media has a weak influence on the public,and unofficial network news media cannot play the supportive role.In addition,with its audience growing,the complexity has increased and the dominance of mainstream ideology is threatened.Finally,news'gatekeepers'are not responsible,and mainstream ideology is facing complex network environment.The key point on how to effectively disseminate socialist ideology by network news is to mobilize the interactive communication between official news and business news;to improve agenda setting capacity and grasp the leading power of ideology;to strengthen education and improve laws and regulations simultaneously to promote the moral and ideology awareness of the'gatekeepers'in a comprehensive way;and to guide the value rationality and improve the national media literacy.
