摘要
通过北京3个保障性住区的使用后评价(POE)方法的介绍,重点探讨了保障性住房POE指标的内容及调研数据的分析方法,对相关结论做了深入讨论。指出使用者对保障性住房的使用后评价与其需求层次、建筑的外观感知密切相关,设计师应加强保障性住房适应性、灵活性和可变性的设计。
Based on the Post-Occupancy Evaluation(POE) method, the paper focused on the affordable houses POE content of the index and the analysis method of the survey data, made a discussion on the relevant conclusions. It points out that the users' POE of affordable house is closely related with both the users' needs level and the performance perception of architecture. So the designers should pay more attention to the adaptability, flexibility and variability of affordable houses in design exploration.
