摘要
以太原"长风示范区"首个落地项目——南屯村城中村改造为例,探讨了居住型开放式社区的普适性建设标准,对如何在高强度开发和高度建成地区应用创新理念达到"宜居"有一定的借鉴意义。
Taking Nantun Urban Village,the first program for Changfeng Demonstration Zone in Taiyuan as the example,the paper explores the universally applied construction standards for the residential and open communities,and provides some reference for how to put the innovative idea into the high-intensity development and highly developed areas and achieve the livability.
