摘要
论述了民用建筑施工技术的重要性,介绍了民用建筑地基施工的技术类型,并针对地基基础与桩基础施工中存在的问题,探讨了提高桩基础中预制桩与灌注桩工程质量的措施,从而确保民用建筑的安全性。
The paper discusses the importance of civil building construction technology,introduces civil building foundation construction technology categories,and explores measures of improving precast pile and bored pile engineering quality in pile foundation in light of foundation and pile foundation construction problems,so as to guarantee civil building safety.
