摘要
新近落成的北京四中房山校区是一个由OPEN建筑事务所设计的巨构综合体。它将传统中学布局中起着仪式化作用的公建全部做了下埋或是覆土,而将教学、办公、休闲和生活空间连成一体,漂浮在地景之上,并将屋顶开拓成为可种植的田地。作为万科集团代建并全力打造的城市建筑,北京四中房山校区的确改写了人们对于中学教学模式的既有印象,带出诸多关于中学设计的新话题。本文所记录的是2014年9月18号笔者与该项目的主创建筑师李虎以及黄文菁的访谈内容。两位建筑师详细回顾了该建筑从竞赛到施工的过程。
The recently completed Beijing No.4 High School Fangshan Campus is a huge mega-structure designed by the architects of OPEN Architecture.Unlike any conventional layout of a high-school in China,this mega-building buries most part of its large public space such as auditorium and gymnasium underground,but extends the classrooms,offices and library towards landscape and sky,with a generous terrace garden for plants and horticulture.Obviously,Beijing No.4 High School Fangshan Campus as a key project launched by Vanke the developer has radically changed the stereotypical conception of what a high school ought to be.On the September 18 th of 2014,the author of this article has made an effort to engage a long interview with Li Hu and Huang Wenjing,two principal architects for this project,to hear what they have to say about the insider story behind this tremendous undertaking.
