摘要
以上海北外滩白玉兰广场项目为例,针对周边环境复杂、施工进度要求紧等难题,分别从合同管理、进度管理和分区域管理等方面,总结了超大型总承包工程在项目管理中的具体实施要点。通过总承包管理措施的积极实践,项目取得了理想的效果,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
Taking the Shanghai North Bund Baiyulan Square Project as an example, in view of the problems of complex surrounding environment, urgent construction schedule requirements and so on, the specific implementation points of ultra large general contracting project in project management are summarized in detail, from the aspects of contract management, progress management and sub-regional management. Through the active practice of general contracting management measures, the project has achieved ideal results and can provide reference for similar projects.
