摘要
以上海市静安区体育中心工程为例,阐述了外倾式现浇钢筋混凝土斜圆柱上插钢管柱的施工工艺流程,包括测量定位、钢筋绑扎、模板支设、界面控制等技术和管理措施。通过对外倾式现浇钢筋混凝土斜圆柱上插钢管柱的研究,成功解决了相关施工难题,为类似工程提供了良好的借鉴。
Taking the Jing’an District Sports Center Project in Shanghai as an example, this paper expounds the construction process of the steel pipe columns inserted on the outward tilted type cast-in-place reinforced concrete circular column, including surveying and positioning, steel bar binding, formwork support, interface control etc.technologies and management measures. Through the research on the steel pipe columns inserted on the outward tilted type cast-in-place reinforced concrete circular column, the relevant construction problems are successfully solved, which provides a good reference for similar projects.
