摘要
本文针对电致变色窗户在办公建筑上的应用,提出了一种新的控制策略。该控制策略把窗户分成上中下3个区域,根据太阳透过窗户的位置、工作平面的照度以及眩光指数,来控制每层的电致变色窗户着色状态以及遮阳设施的使用,即当太阳透过窗户并出现在人的视野中时,将太阳所透过的窗层调节至完全着色状态(可见光透过率T_v最小),再根据工作面的照度需要调节其他窗层的着色状态以及根据是否满足视觉舒适度来控制遮阳的开关;若太阳未出现在人员的视野中,则根据工作面的照度来调节电致变色窗户的透过率。本文通过EnergyPlus软件模拟了长沙地区,采用该控制策略的电致变色窗户的建筑能耗和视觉舒适度。研究结果表明,相对于普通窗户加遮阳系统,采用该控制策略的电致变色窗户在降低照明能耗的同时,也较好地满足了视觉舒适度;相对于普通控制策略的电致变色窗户,这种新的方法不仅可以尽可能地利用自然采光,降低建筑能耗,还可以为用户提供良好的视觉舒适度,对于未来的智能窗户控制具有重要参考意义。
This paper proposes a new control strategy for the application of electrochromic windows in office buildings.The control strategy divides the windows into upper,middle and lower areas,and controls the coloration status of each layer of electrochromic windows and the use of shading facilities based on the position of the sun in the window,the illumination of the work plane,and the glare index.That is,when the sun appears in the view of a person through the window,the window layer through which the sun passes will be adjusted to a fully colored state(the minimum visible light transmittance Tv),and then the coloring state of other window layers will be adjusted according to the illumination of the working surface and the switch that satisfies the visual comfort to control the sunshade.If the sun does not appear in the view of the person,the transmittance of the electrochromic window will be adjusted according to the illumination of the work surface.This article uses EnergyPlus software to simulate the building energy and visual comfort of electrochromic windows by adopting this control strategy in Changsha.The results of this study show that,compared with ordinary windows and shading systems,electrochromic windows adopting the control strategy can better satisfy the visual comfort while reducing the lighting energy consumption.Compared to the electrochromic windows of common control strategies,this new method not only utilizes natural daylighting as much as possible,but also reduces building energy consumption.Therefore,this control strategy can provide users with favorable visual comfort,which is of great reference significance for future smart window control.
