结合燕翔饭店改扩建项目工程建设经验,分析工程特点与难点,应用科技创新,提出多项工程管理具体措施,最终综合效益良好。
This paper analyzed the characteristics and difficulties in engineering construction of Yanxiang Hotel expansion and reconstruction project.Based on technological innovation,multiple engineering management measures were proposed and favorable general benefits were obtained.
