摘要
某大厦基坑深度为13.6m,基坑支护形式采用支护桩(冲孔灌注桩、咬合桩、旋喷桩及搅拌桩)+钢筋混凝土内支撑体系,围护设计采用两道桩撑结构,在高压旋喷止水帷幕形成后,在基坑内开始降水,降水数据显示,基坑开挖深度以上已形成有效的封闭止水帷幕。施工过程中,止水帷幕侧基本无水,防水效果良好,保证了土方开挖顺利进行及基坑安全。
The foundation pit of a building project is 13.6m deep and the foundation pit support form was supporting piles(punch filling pile, rotary spray pile and mixing pile) plus reinforced concrete internal support system. Two rings of support piles were designed as enclosure and dewatering was carried out after high-pressure rotary spray water-stop curtain was built. The dewatering data showed that effective closed water-stop curtain had been realized above the excavation depth of the foundation pit. During the construction, there was basically no water penetrated from the side of water-stop curtain, showing favorable waterproof effect and providing guarantee for successful earth excavation and safe foundation pit construction.
