摘要
通过外遮阳卷帘系统工作关系的归纳、发动机的选型、轨道运动副的分析及帘布上升下降过程中实际问题的解决,阐述了如何考虑局部脉动风的影响、减少运动副摩擦系数、消除配重杆倾斜导致的额外轴向力,达到设计出一个结构安全,运行稳定,具有一定鲁棒性的外遮阳卷帘系统的目的。
This paper introduced the working mechanism of external shading roller blind system, motor selection, analysis of track moving element and practical problems during rising and dropping of blind. It explained how to consider the influence of local fluctuating wind, reduce the friction factor of moving element and remove the additional axial force caused by inclination of counterweight bar, so as to realize an external shading roller blind system with safe structure, stable operation and durability.
