摘要
针对因信息物理不交互导致的建筑师与施工方在建造误差问题定位、责权归属和处理方式等方面产生的分歧,研究以BIM技术流程探索为切入点,基于建筑逆向RE技术的三维激光扫描应用,探究以建筑信息的"感知-校核-决策"为核心的建造误差分析方法。并通过岳阳县三中风雨操场项目的案例实践,证明该方法相关流程的高效率、高精度和实用性。最终实现建筑信息模型与建筑物理实体的阶段性交互,为建筑师提供建造误差快速定位、高效分析、实时反馈的方法和工具。
On account of the divergence between architects and construction contractors because of the problem of orientation, ascription of responsibility and processing mode of the construction errors due to the non-interaction between the cyber and the physical, this research explores the construction error analysis method based on the integration of BIM and RE technologies. The research process includes perception,examination and decision which are based on the architectural information. The case study of the gymnasium of No.3 Middle School in Yueyang County demonstrates the high efficiency, high precision and practicability of this method. The realization of the interaction between Building Information Model and Building Physical Entity could provide a tool for architects to realize the fast positioning, efficient analysis and real-time feedback of construction errors.
