基于多水源补水循环水系统节水减排研究与应用 被引量:8

摘要 循环水水质控制的水平决定着热电厂水的消耗量,某工业园区热电厂循环水有2种补水水源(深度处理的制药废水、地表水),为了在保证循环水系统安全运行的前提下,最大限度地提高循环水浓缩倍率以实现节约用水、中水再利用,根据2种补水的水量和水质情况进行了相关模拟试验。通过试验制定了更加合理的循环水控制标准,实际运行中按试验结论控制循环水指标,循环水平均浓缩倍率提高了0.6,最高达到了5.2,实际每年可以节约用水11万m^3,凝汽器等主要换热器清洁无结垢腐蚀,满足了热电厂安全经济运行和国家对节水减排的要求。 The level of water quality control of recirculating water determines the consumption of water in the thermal power plant. There are two kinds of makeup water sources in a thermal power plant of an industrial park(advanced treated pharmaceutical wastewater and surface water). In order to ensure the safe operation of the recirculating water system, the maximum rate of recirculating water concentration can be increased to achieve water saving and reuse of reclaimed water. According to the water quantity and water quality of two kinds of makeup water, a more reasonable standard of recirculating water control is made through the experiment. In actual operation, the index of recirculating water is controlled according to the experimental conclusion. The average cycles of concentration is increased by 0.6 to 5.2, and the actual water consumption can be saved by 110 thousands tons every year. The main heat exchanger is clean and non scaling and corrosive, which meets the requirements of the safe and economic operation of the thermal power plant and the national requirements for water saving and emission reduction.
