摘要
工程项目建设能否最终实现其目标效益,很大程度上取决于项目主要利益相关者能否实现各自的目标与利益。首先,结合援疆建设项目,对主要利益相关者进行角色界定;然后,基于目标同属性,与一般政府投资建设项目利益相关者进行对比,对援疆建设项目主要利益相关者分类;最后,对主要利益相关者的目标导向与职能进行分析,并期望为后续援疆建设项目的顺利开展提供参考。
Whether the construction project can finally achieve the goal efficiency,it largely depends on whether the main stakeholders can achieve their goals and interests. Firstly,combined with its own characteristics,defines the role of main participants in the assistance construction project in Xin Jiang. Then,based on the targets with the same properties,contrasts and analyzes the stakeholders of the construction project that general government invest,classify the main stakeholders of the assistance construction project in Xin Jiang. Finally,draws the organizational structure,do analysis on the goal-oriented and function of the main participants for the assistance construction project in Xin Jiang,hoping to provide reference for the follow-up assistance construction project in Xin Jiang carried out smoothly.
