摘要
以商业地产项目现金流入为研究对象,以国外相关研究成果为基础,建立基于商圈理论的商业地产项目现金流入分析框架和预测方法,以更好地契合商业地产项目的特征,有效提高商业地产项目现金流入预测的精度和以此为基础的商业地产投资决策的科学性。
Taking the commercial real estate cash inflow as the research object,builds up the commercial real estate cash inflow analytic framework and prediction method based on the trading area theory,to better fit the characteristics of commercial real estate,improve the accuracy of the cash inflow prediction and the scientific of the investment decision.
