摘要
分析江苏五个城市建筑劳务用工输入地分布状况,提取影响建筑劳务用工区域流动的主要因素,建立建筑劳务用工区域流动的一般引力模型。以江苏省及关联省份作为研究对象,求解引力模型中的各个参数,分析确定交通距离、人均国内生产总值、农村富余劳动力数量等对建筑劳务用工区域流动的影响程度。
Analyses the sources distribution about the construction employment of five cities in Jiangsu province,extracts the main factors affecting the flow of construction labor,and establishes the general gravity model of regional flows about construction employment. Then,taking Jiangsu province and related provinces as the study subject,solves the gravity model parameters,analyses and determines the impact of the transport distance,the per capita GDP,the number of rural surplus labor,the construction labor income,construction investment on the regional flow of construction employment.
