摘要
根据宁波现有危旧住宅的数据、居民意愿等调研结果,按照危房解危的相关规定,以宁波老城区某旧小区为例进行测算,测比研究城市危旧住宅区整治经济指标,为城市危旧住宅区整治提供借鉴。
According to survey results such as detailed data about Ningbo's dilapidated housing, residents' intention and relevant regulations, takes one old residential zone in Ningbo as research objective to measure and calculate, carries out research on dilapidated housing's remediation economic indicators through comparison and finally provides several countermeasures for reference.
