摘要
针对高等学校公共教学楼的运行特性,运用De ST–c建筑能耗模拟软件,分寒假采暖、寒假不采暖、寒假及夜间不采暖三种情况对其进行建筑能耗模拟,运用全寿命周期费用分析方法得出当煤炭价格为1 300元/t时,其经济保温层厚度分别为35,25,20 mm,并分析了煤炭价格对保温层经济厚度的影响。
Considering the operation characteristics of public teaching buildings in high school, De ST-c building energy consumption simulation software is used to simulate building energy consumption under three conditions, including heating supply in winter vacation, no heating supply in winter vacation and no heating supply in winter vacation and at night. Full life cycle cost analysis method is used to determine that when the coal price is RMB 1300 per ton the economical thickness of heat insulation layer is 35,25 and 20 mm respectively and to analyze the influence of coal price on economical thickness of heat insulation layer.
