摘要
环保连锁砌块是采用金属尾矿、建筑废渣等作为主要原材料、具有榫卯结构的一种新型墙体材料。为研究小剪跨比环保连锁砌块砌体剪力墙的抗震性能,包括破坏形态、滞回特性、变形能力和承载能力等,完成了4个剪跨比为0.89的不同灌孔率且灌孔混凝土芯柱配筋的砌块砌体剪力墙试件的拟静力试验。试验结果表明:试件墙体的破坏形态为沿阶梯形截面的剪切破坏;随灌孔率增大,墙体破坏程度减轻,受剪承载力增大,名义屈服刚度增大;极限位移角(正反向加载的平均值)为1/134~1/119;受剪承载力试验值为GB 50003—2011《砌体结构设计规范》相关公式计算值的1.4~2.24倍,故可采用规范公式计算小剪跨比环保连锁砌块砌体剪力墙的受剪承载力。
Green chain block is a new type of wall material which has tenon and mortise structure and is mainly made of metal tailings and construction waste residue.To study the seismic behavior of small shear span ratio green chain block masonry shear walls such as failure mode, hysteretic characteristics, deformation capacity and load-carrying capacity, quasi-static tests on four wall specimens with shear span ratio of 0.89 were carried out. The main parameter of specimens was the grouted hole ratio. Most of the grouted holes were reinforced with rebars. Test results indicate that the failure mode of wall specimens is in shear along stepped section. With increasing of the grouted hole ratio, the damage extent is decreased, and the shear strength and the nominal yield stiffness are both increased. The ultimate displacement ratio(average of positive and negative values) varies within 1/134-1/119. The measured shear strength of the wall specimens are 1.4-2.24 times of the calculated values of GB 50003—2011 ‘Code for design of masonry structures’. It is recommended that the shear strength of green block masonry shear walls can be calculated by the current code formulas.
