摘要
交通系统建设是我国现代化建设的重点工作,尤其是公路工程的建设规模正在逐渐扩大,对于其施工质量提出了更高的要求。在新建公路隧道中,往往会遇到跨既有铁路隧道施工的情况,为了确保既有铁路运输正常,这就给新建隧道的施工带来了一定的复杂性。因此,应该控制新建公路隧道上跨既有铁路隧道施工技术,合理设计爆破装置,为最大限度地降震、减少铁路围岩扰动、确保铁路运营安全奠定坚实基础。本文通过分析某工程的空间交叠情况、地质条件与铁路隧道交叠段支护衬砌参数,对既有铁路隧道无损检测及结果进行研究,提出交叠段结构设计与交叠段公路隧道施工组织设计方案。
The construction of transportation system is the key work of China’s modernization construction.In particular,the construction scale of highway engineering is gradually expanding,and higher requirements are put forward for its construction quality.In the new highway tunnels,it is often encountered to cross the existing railway tunnel construction.In order to ensure the normal railway transportation,this brings certain complexity to the construction of the new tunnel.Therefore,it is necessary to control the construction technology of new road tunnels across existing railway tunnels and rationally design blasting devices,laying a solid foundation for maximizing earthquake reduction,reducing railway surrounding rock disturbances and ensuring railway operation safety.In this paper,by analyzing the spatial overlap of a project,geological conditions and supporting lining parameters of the overlapping sections of railway tunnels,the non-destructive testing and results of existing railway tunnels are studied,and the design of overlapping sections and the construction organization design of overlapping sections of highway tunnels are proposed.
