摘要
气候变暖已成为当前全球性的问题,降低碳排放成为专家学者的研究热点。鉴于工业作为碳排放的主要来源,首先对河南省产业集聚区发展现状进行简要概述;然后将能源消耗、水泥和垃圾处理及绿地规模等影响工业碳排放的因素作为指标,构建碳排放计量模型,以此为依据,对河南省产业集聚区碳排放情况进行分析,得出其降碳形势较为严峻;最后从政府、企业、产业集聚区内外部环境层面提出河南省产业集聚区低碳化发展策略。
Climate warming has become a global issue,and reducing carbon emissions has become a hot topic for experts and scholars.As we all known,industry is the main source of carbon emission,this paper firstly gives a brief overview of industrial cluster area in Henan province.Then,by taking the energy consumption,cement and waste disposal and the scale of green space as indicators,the carbon emission measurement model is constructed.As followings,the carbon emission situation of industrial cluster area in Henan province is analyzed,and we gained that the situation of carbon emission reduction is severe.Finally,the low-carbon development strategy of Henan industrial cluster are proposed from government,enterprises and the environment.
