摘要
由于急倾斜煤层巷道其特殊的围岩结构及破坏机理,巷道的合理支护一直是工程上的难点;为了解决这一难题,在矩形断面锚网索原支护的基础上,制定了全断面注浆加固技术方案,不仅将围岩内的裂隙充满固结改善应力状态,而且将原支护方案中的锚杆和锚索转化为全长锚固,增强锚杆的锚固力和锚固的可靠性,实现对巷道围岩的有效控制提高其整体性,形成复合锚固结构,为以后矿山处理急倾斜煤层巷道积累了经验。
Due to the special surrounding rock structure and failure mechanism of the steeply inclined coal seam roadway, reasonable support of the roadway has always been a difficult point in engineering;in order to solve this problem, a full section has been developed based on the original support of the rectangular section anchor net. The grouting reinforcement technical scheme not only fills the cracks in the surrounding rock to improve the stress state, but also transforms the anchor rod and anchor cable in the original support scheme into full-length anchoring, and enhances the anchoring force of the bolt and the reliability of the anchoring, achieves effective control of the surrounding rock of the roadway and improve its integrity, forms a composite anchoring structure, and provides accumulate experience for the mine to treat steeply inclined coal seam roadway.
