沥青混凝土在复杂荷载作用下的力学特性研究

摘要 为研究沥青混凝土公路路面在长时间复杂荷载下的受力和蠕变,本文选取实际车辆模型,结合某市BRT沥青混凝土路面结构,采用拟静力法研究沥青混凝土在车辆荷载下的受力变形情况,通过分析车辆荷载作用机理,运用建立三维有限元模型来分析其在车辆不同运动条件下的受力变形。结果表明:最大剪应力在不同荷载条件下均呈先增大后减小的趋势,最大剪应力值主要分布在路面以下5cm~13cm,蠕变模型路面总变形量是弹性模型计算结果的3倍。研究结果为沥青混凝土路面的损伤和破坏提供理论依据,对沥青混凝土路面的施工和养护具有一定的工程应用价值。 In order to study the stress and creep of asphalt concrete pavement under long-term complex load, this paper selects the actual vehicle model, combines the BRT asphalt concrete pavement structure of a city, and uses the pseudo-static method to study the deformation of asphalt concrete under vehicle load. In the situation, by analyzing the mechanism of vehicle load, the ANSYS Workbench software was used to establish a three-dimensional finite element model to analyze the force deformation under different motion conditions of the vehicle. The results show that the vertical deformation is mainly caused by the vertical load. The maximum shear stress increases first and then decreases under different load conditions. The maximum shear stress value is mainly distributed in the 5 cm^13 cm below the road surface. The creep model The total deformation of the road surface is three times that of the elastic model. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the damage and damage of asphalt concrete pavement, and have certain engineering application value for the construction and maintenance of asphalt concrete pavement.
