摘要
近些年,在高层建筑中,大体积的混凝土筏板基础得到了广泛的应用。因为与普通的混凝土构件相比较,大体积的混凝土在施工时内部的水泥水化热相当大,由于混凝土的导热性也不佳,因此大体积的混凝土在施工时,一旦控制不慎就有可能出现裂缝。本文从施工的角度分析筏板基础大体积的混凝土的裂缝产生特点、原因和控制措施,对筏板大体积的混凝土的施工工艺进行探讨和研究,总结出了安全、可靠的技术措施。
In recent years, the large volume concrete raft foundation has been widely used in high-rise buildings. Compared with normal concrete members, the cement hydration heat is quite large in the construction of large volume concrete. Due to the poor thermal conductivity of concrete, in the construction of the large volume concrete, it is likely to occur in the cracks. This article analyzed the characteristics, causes and control measures of cracks in large volume concrete raft foundation from the perspective of the construction, discussed the raft board mass concrete construction technology, and summed up the safe, reliable technical measures.
