摘要
在高速公路建设中,为了保证在施工现场管理工作中有章可循,在对工程质量水平进行提升的同时对安全生产目标进行实现,就需要做好施工不同环节的控制与把握。在本文中,将就高速公路施工标准化进行一定的研究,同时分别从现场管理、过程控制以及人员配备三个维度提出一系列标准化管理措施,以期为正在探索施工标准化管理思路的工程单位提供一套可行性参考方案。
In the expressway construction, in order to ensure that there are rules to follow in the construction site management work, and promote the construction quality level and achieve production safety goals, the control of different stages of construction is necessary. This article studies the expressway construction standardization and propose a series of standardization management measures from the scene management, process control, and personnel allocation, in order to provide a set of feasible reference solution for the construction engineering units who are exploring construction standardization management.
