摘要
通过对基于MSP430F149单片机、红外遥控模块和步进电机等的研究,提出了智能幕帘控制系统的设计方案。采用28BYJ-48步进电机作为幕帘的驱动装置,步进电机由ULN2003芯片驱动;主控单元采用MSP430F149单片机接收并处理来自OPT101光电传感器检测的光强信号、DS18B20温度传感器检测的温度信号和SJ1838红外收发信号,同时以获得的信息向电机控制器发出控制信号,控制步进电机的动作,实现幕帘的智能控制;最后通过节能计算更加充分显示智能幕帘的可行性。
Through the study of MSP430F149 MCU, infrared transceiver module and the stepper motor proposed intelligent curtain control system design.28BYJ-48 stepper motor as a driven device for curtain,the ULN2003 chip driver by stepper motor; master unit using MSP430F149 MCU receives and processes light intensity signals detected from the OPT101 photoelectric sensor, the temperature signal detects by DS18B20 temperature sensor and SJ1838 Infrared Transceiver Signal, as well as the obtained information sends control signals to the motor controller,control stepper motor actions, accomplish curtains intelligent control.
