摘要
介绍了双电机同步控制运动系统中三菱FX2N系列PLC与台达VFD-M变频器之间的通讯,以此达到对基于变频器的三相异步电动机运行参数(线电压、线电流、功率因数角等)进行实时获取,为三相异步电动机的速度辨识提供了基础。在分析PLC控制变频器多种方法的基础上,针对双电机同步控制系统,文章采用了基于RS-485的MODBUS-RTU通讯控制方式,并系统地分析并研究了三菱PLC与台达变频器的硬件连接、台达VFD-M变频器的功能设置以及MODBUS-RTU通讯协议,而后给出了相关的PLC程序设计。最后,指出本文所采用的电机参数获取方法具有重大意义。
The communication protocol between Mitsubishi FX2NSeries PLC and the Delta VFD-M inverter in the dual-motor synchronous control motion system is presented in the paper,in order to achieve the operating parameters(line-voltage,line-current,power factor angle,etc.) of three-phase asynchronous motor based on inverter in real-time,which provides a basis identification of the speed of three-phase asynchronous motor.With analyzing a variety of methods of Mitsubishi PLC controlling an inverter,the paper utilizes the MODBUS-RTU communication method based on RS-485 against the dual-motor synchronous control system.And the hardware connection between Mitsubishi PLC and Delta inverter,the function settings of Delta VFD-M inverter as well as the communication protocol of MODBUS-RTU are systematically analyzed and studied.Then the associated PLC operation programs are given.Finally,that the method of achieving the parameters has great significance is pointed out.
