摘要
老成渝铁路是中华人民共和国成立后自主建设的第一条铁路,有着重要的历史地位,但随着铁路交通的迅猛发展,其客货运功能正在逐渐被取代。文章以铁路及沿线现存问题、禀赋优势分析为基础,以"生态"与"精神"的重塑为理念,具体从交通优化、用地调整、文化旅游、生态修复、城市修补等方面提出针对性的提升策略,以期为正在开展的老成渝铁路公交化运营研究工作提供一定的参考,也希望给其他城市老旧铁路及沿线区域提升改造工作带来启发。
The old Chengdu-Chongqing Railway is the first railway built independently after the founding of New China, and has an important historical position. Based on the analysis of existing problems and endowment advantages of railways and surrounding areas, this paper attempts to propose a series of targeted promotion strategies from the aspects of traffic optimization,land use adjustment, cultural tourism, ecological restoration, and urban repair, In order to provide a certain reference for the ongoing research work on the bus operation of the old Chengdu-Chongqing Railway. It also hopes to inspire other cities in the old railways and areas along the upgrading and transformation work.
