摘要
作为核心商务区的小陆家嘴地区建筑、岗位密度高度集聚,长期以来是禁止非机动车行驶区域。近期随着外卖、快递及共享单车的兴起,非机动车出行需求快速增加。一方面非机动车是倡导的健康、绿色出行方式,为地区工作和生活人员提供方便;另一方面非机动车具有骑行随意性大,违章行驶及违章停放较为普遍等缺点,存在安全隐患又影响秩序。因此,小陆家嘴地区的非机动车交通发展定位,需要重新思考和审视。本文分析小陆家嘴地区的非机动车需求特征及存在问题,提出非机动车交通功能定位和发展策略。
As the CBD, Small Lujiazui has been the area of non-motorized vehicle driving with high density of buildings and posts. Recently, with the rise of takeaway, express delivery and bicycle-sharing, the demands of non-motorized vehicle travel has increased rapidly. On one hand, using non-motorized vehicle is a way which advocates healthy and green travel, providing convenience for people working and living in the area;on the other hand, non-motorized vehicle has the common shortcomings of riding at will, driving and parking in violation of regulations. Such phenomena have hidden dangers and affect the order. Therefore, the development and positioning of non-motorized vehicle transportation in Small Lujiazui area need to be reconsidered and re-examined. This paper analyzes the demand characteristics and existing problems of non-motorized vehicle in Small Lujiazui area, and puts forward the functional positioning and development strategies of non-motorized vehicle transportation.
