摘要
建筑工程具有量大、复杂、周期长等特点,这就决定了施工进度要受诸多因素的影响。要想有效控制施工进度,就必须全面分析影响施工进度的因素,确定合理的进度控制目标,编制可行的进度计划。
The construction project has the characteristics like large quantity, complex, long period and so on, which determi-ne the schedule of construction would be influenced by many factors. In order to effectively control the construction schedul-e, it must have a comprehensive analysis of the factors affecti-ng the construction schedule, to determine the reasonable sche-dule control target, making feasible schedule.
