摘要
本文结合笔者多年的工作实践与丰富经验,提出了办公建筑空间改造的思路和方法。根据工程的实际情况,重点研究了门厅空间、业务空间、会议空间、交通空间、服务空间这些关键部位的细部节点设计方法。并针对每个细部节点经常出现的问题,提出了解决措施,从而保证了建筑整体的美观及节能效果。
In this article, the author combines many years of work practice with extensive experience, puts forward some ideas and methods of office building space transformation, and focuses on the key parts node design methods of the foyer spa-ce, business space, meeting space, traffic space and service space, and proposes solutions to each detail node recurrent pr-oblem in order to ensure the appearance of the whole building and energy-saving effect.
