保妇康栓联合干扰素栓对宫颈HPV感染患者的效果及HPV DNA、炎性因子、免疫功能的变化 被引量:28

摘要 目的分析保妇康栓联合干扰素栓对宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者的效果及HPV DNA、炎性因子、免疫功能的变化。方法选取我院2016年5月-2018年10月收治的100例HPV感染患者的临床资料进行分析。对照组50例采用干扰素栓治疗,观察组50例采用保妇康栓联合干扰素栓治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、IL-2、HPV-DNA水平低于对照组,CD^(3+)、CD^(4+)、CD^(4+)/CD^(8+)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论保妇康栓联合干扰素栓治疗HPV感染疗效显著,可有效降低HPV-DNA水平及炎性因子水平,改善患者免疫功能。
