摘要
分析新时期军队肺结核预防控制工作面临的形势与军队自身特点、使命任务情况以及肺结核的易发因素,探讨现阶段军队肺结核的防控对策,提出提高预警能力和防控能力、提高规范治疗和出院后的随访率的防控建议,为预防控制军队肺结核疫情、保障官兵健康提供参考。
Based on an exhaustive analysis of prevention and control of pulmonary tuberculosis in armed forces in China in the new period,the current characteristics and missions of prevention and controlof pulmonary tuberculosis as well as the precipitating factors were discussed in this paper. Countermeasurs to be taken include enhancing surveillance to improve the ability of early warning,strengthening education to improve the ability of prevention and control,improving standard treatment and the follow-up rate of post-discharge,which are exected to provide reference for the prevention of epidemics of tuberculosis in the army.
