幼儿园办园理念认同与行为转化的策略

摘要 福建省直广厦幼儿园作为省级示范性幼儿园,经过十多年的建设与发展,幼儿园精神文化的创建初具雏形。配合《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》的颁布,幼儿园采取对教师、家长和社会各界人士进行问卷调查、访谈和专家座谈等方式,共同提炼出幼儿园的办园理念。在此基础上,近两年,幼儿园以办园理念认同和行为转化为目标,开展基于实际问题的研究与实践,先从宏观的认识层面达成共识,再从微观的实践层面进行改进,逐步解决在实际工作中的问题。 As a provincial demonstrative kindergarten,Gugangxia kindergarten has gained primary mode of construction of spiritual civilization after its more than ten years’ construction and development.To cooperate with the issue of Guideline to the Learning and Development of Children Aged 3 to 6,by using the ways of questionnaire survey,interviews,expert meetings,and so on,kindergarten summed up the theories of kindergarten management. Based on this,in recent years,the kindergarten takes approving and implementing those theories as the goal,and has carried out researches and actions based on actual problems. We firstly reached a consensus on the idea,made improvement in practice,and gradually deal with the problems in daily work.
