摘要
积极心理学致力于人内在潜能的激发、积极品质的形成和积极情绪的引导。大学生党员的培养教育是大学生党建的核心工作,针对目前大学生党员培养教育中存在的问题及其成因,从积极心理学的视角提出工作的创新策略,即激发学生党员积极的情绪情感体验、培养学生党员积极的人格特质、营造学生党员良好的成长环境,以期为大学生党建工作注入积极健康的新活力。
Positive Psychology aims to stimulate humans’ internal potential and guide people to form positive qualities and emotions. The training and education of university CPC member students is the key work in the party construction in universities. Due to the problems and their causes during the training and education work,we should try to raise the following innovative measures from the perspective of Positive Psychology so as to offer party construction in universities with energy: stirring university CPC member students’ positive emotion and mood experience,training their positive characters,and creating good growth environment.
