摘要
教学质量保障体系是对高校教学工作进行全过程、全方位的监督控制,其构建与运行是一个不断发现、解决问题并使教学质量持续提高的动态过程。高职高专院校教学质量保障体系需以人才培养为中心,对招生、人才培养方案的实施,教学质量检查与信息反馈乃至毕业生就业跟踪等各项工作进行全面的质量管理,具体运行中可围绕规范教学常规管理制度、实行三级教学质量管理制度、建立教学督导机构以及注重突出实践教学特色等展开。
Teaching quality control system in universities supervises teaching comprehensively in multi-aspects. Its construction and operation displays a dynamic process to constantly find problems,solve problems,and improve teaching quality. Teaching quality control system in vocational colleges should be based on cultivation of talents,and should control quality in respects such as implementation of cultivation plans,recruitment procedures,examination of teaching qualities and feedbacks,and follow up of college graduates. In specific,it can be carried out by standardizing routine management,implementing three-level quality control management,establishing supervising institutes and strengthening practice teaching.
