摘要
构建和谐警民关系,是我们党的根本宗旨也是公安工作的本质要求,同时是做好新形势下社会稳定工作的根本保证。走群众路线决定公安机关是和谐警民关系的建设者和捍卫者,构建四川藏区和谐警民关系是贯彻公安机关群众路线教育实践活动的组成部分之一。本文通过分析四川藏区公安群众工作难以顺利开展的主要影响因素,提出四川藏区和谐警民关系建设的对策:提高破案率,增强藏区群众安全感;疏通警民沟通渠道,拉近藏区警民距离;藏区社会管理与群众工作协调配合。

Decided to follow the mass line is harmonious relationship between the public security organ builders and defenders; build harmonious relationship between the Tibetan areas of Sichuan is an integral part of the public security organs to implement the mass line educational practice activities. By analyzing the main factors in the Tibetan areas of public security mass work hard to smoothly carry out the proposed countermeasure construction of harmonious relationship between the Tibetan areas of Sichuan: To improve the detection rate, and enhance their sense of safety in Tibetan areas; dredge police communication channels, to narrow the Tibetan police distance; coordination Tibetan society and the people working with management to build a harmonious relationship.
