摘要
指纹在公安机关侦查破案中具有非常重要的作用,指纹系统这一科技手段为指纹技术注入了新的活力。近年来,各地公安机关利用指纹系统破获了一大批案件,也串并了一大批流窜作案和跨地区作案的案件,指纹系统在侦查破案中发挥的作用日益凸现,如何更加充分地让指纹系统为侦查破案服务,需要做好建立专业队伍、加强指纹管理,运用多种途径检索应用等各方面的工作。
Fingerprint has a very important role in investigating cases in the public security organization, and the fingerprint system injects new vitality for the technological means. In recent years, local public security organizations have cracked not only a large number of cases by the means of fingerprint system, but also a large number of strings and the perpetrators who commit crimes across the regions. This system is playing a more and more apparent role in investigating cases, so, on how to make full use of the fingerprint system to investigate cases, we shall build a professional team, enhance management of fingerprints and use a variety of ways to retrieve applications.
