摘要
勤务用语规范化充分体现着交通民警的优良工作作风和文化素养,对城市交通管理工作影响深远。上海浦东交警做强勤务用语规范化积极推动交通管理各项工作良性发展成绩斐然。着眼长远寻找不足以利提高,笔者从可持续促进上海城市交通管理工作和谐发展角度,提出了进一步优化完善地融规范勤务用语于警营文化建设、执法规范化建设、问题管理和案例教育与纪律监督常态性管理等四方面的策略建议。
Duty terminology standardization fully embodies the fine style of work and cultural qualities of the traffic police,and bring out the far - reaching impact on urban traffic management. The Shanghai Pudong traffic police strengthen duties terminology standardization of traffic management actively and promote the sound development of the work,then gain outstanding remark,and from the increased long - term perspective to find insufficient. The author from the point of sustainable promotion of Shanghai Urban Traffic Management harmonious development,is proposed to further optimize the sound financial norms duty terminology from the four aspects of police cultural construction,law enforcement standardized construction, problem management,and case education and discipline supervision the four areas of normal management strategy recommendations.
