摘要
加强警察职业能力建设问题是公安队伍建设的重要问题,而公安队伍建设问题又一直是公安工作的关键问题。要想进一步提高公安工作效率,提高公安工作群众满意度,不断改善警民关系,促进良好公安形象的形成,各级公安机关要以警察职业能力建设为抓手,积极寻找有效途径全面提高警察综合素质,为社会主义和谐社会的建设提供安定的社会环境。
Strengthening the police professional capacity building is an important problem of the police contingent,and the police contingent has been the key issue of public security work. In order to further improve the efficiency of public security work,to improve the satisfaction of the masses of public security work,continue to improve relations between the police and the public,and to promote the formation of a good public security image,the public security organs at all levels as the starting point to the police professional capacity building,is actively looking for an effective way to comprehensively to improve police comprehensive qualities,giving the social environment for the building of a harmonious socialist society.
