摘要
【目的】研究与国内科技期刊出版(或集群化)规模相当,且出版部分非英语期刊的国际专业出版机构,剖析其科技期刊运营模式,借鉴其发展经验可能更有利于我国科技期刊的发展。【方法】采用网站调研、文献调研、实地访谈等方法,获取Thieme科技期刊运营模式的一线资料。【结果】Thieme在用户服务模式、出版策略、扩大传播与营销途径等方面做了很多尝试,并取得了较好的效果,值得国内期刊借鉴。【结论】中国科技期刊应充分借鉴国际出版机构的优秀做法,在推行以需求为导向的办刊模式、简化期刊语种变更手续、建设有利于集约化发展的学科期刊群、调动青年学者积极性、鼓励科技期刊走出去实现全球传播等方面进行积极探索,以期推进我国世界一流科技期刊建设,实现我国科技期刊规模化发展。
[Purposes]This paper aims to study the operation mode of scientific journals of international profession publishers which have similar scale and publish part of non-English scientific journals.It would be more helpful for the development of Chinese scientific journals.[Methods]Through data analysis from websites,literature review,expert interview,and other methods,we obtained the first-line data on Thieme journal operation mode.[Findings]Thieme has made many attempts in user service mode,publishing strategy,and enlargement of marketing channels,and has achieved good results,which is worthy of reference for Chinese journals.[Conclusions]In order to promote the construction of world’s leading scientific journals,and to realize the large-scale development of Chinese scientific journals,we should fully learn from the international publishers,promote demand-oriented mode of running journals,simplify the procedures of changing journal language,build a group of journals conducive to intensive development,arouse the enthusiasm of the young and female scholars,and encourage Chinese scientific journals to go out and realize global dissemination.
