摘要
教育与经济发展方式转变是否存在稳定的因果关系,是我国制定教育发展政策以促进经济发展方式转变的重要依据之一。文章运用构建的测评教育状况和经济发展方式转变进程的指标体系,利用全国1995-2014年的统计数据对我国教育与经济发展方式转变的关系进行实证分析。得出结论:教育对经济发展方式转变的贡献率为28.72%。可见,教育对经济发展方式转变具有明显的贡献作用。根据结论提出了我国加快教育发展步伐,加速经济发展方式转变的政策建议。
The evidence that stable causal relationship exists between education and the shifts of economic development mode is one of the most important bases for educational development policy making, which promotes the transformation of economic development mode in China. The paper established an index system to measure the educational status and the process of economic development mode shift using statistical data of the country from 1995 to 2014 to analyze the relationship between education and economic development mode shift. Conclusions are that education contributes28.72% for the shift of economic development mode which indicates a significant contribution to the transformation of economic development mode. Besides, policy suggestions are put forward for accelerating the pace of educational development and the transformation of economic development mode.
