摘要
本文主要研究了焊渣对热镀锌钢板凸点焊的质量影响,结果表明在焊接电压270V、气缸压力0.28MPa条件下,100件产品以下的连续生产产生的焊渣对焊接质量无明显影响;连续生产100件产品后,整个电极大部分表面都覆上一层黑色氧化物的焊渣,需要每生产100件后用细砂纸打磨电极清除焊渣。
This paper studies the impact of welding slag on the quality of the convex welding of galvanized steel sheet. The results show that in the conditions of welding voltage 270 V and cylinder pressure 0.28 MPa, the impact of welding slag on the quality is negligible when continuous produce of product is less than 100; welding slag on the welding electrode needed to be cleared when continuous produce is up to 100 product because of black oxide welding slag on the surface of the electrode.
