摘要
本文对蓄热化霜原理在家用机上的应用进行研究并设计出具有蓄热功能的蓄热装置,随后在空调产品上进行实验验证。总结分析实验数据得出如下结论:具有蓄热功能机型的低温制热量相比常规机型有5%~6%左右提升,改善后的蓄热化霜模式除霜时间有2~3分钟的时间缩减,且化霜后供热恢复时间提前了3分钟,对室内舒适性有很大改善。
The article shows how the continuous-heat circulation is contrived and the heat collector designed.Through testing the continuous-heat unit and analyzing the differences with the routine unit.It is verified that the heat capacity has 5%~6%improvement in low temperature conditions;the defrosting time shortened;moreover,the time of hot-air recovery after defrosting is advanced by 3 minutes,comparing with the conventional defrost mode.
