摘要
大多数电饭煲内锅涂有不粘涂层,涂层有一定的毒性,容易剥落;采用整体圆形发热盘,热胀冷缩后与内锅的接触面变小,热传递效率变低。温差搅动电饭煲利用温差搅动食物,达到不粘锅效果。其发热盘体由多块子发热盘分组组合而成,在快速升温阶段,子发热盘一起工作,实现快速加热;在水沸腾后,单片机控制各组子发热盘循环地工作,温度不均匀导致锅内食物流动,起到搅动食物的作用,避免粘锅。另外,它结构简单,功率可调,节省电力。
The most of rice cooker inner pots are coated with non-stick coating,the coating is easy to peel off and it is a certain degree of toxicity.Their heating plates are circular whole discs,thermal expansion and contraction lets them deform,then the contact area with the inner pots becomes smaller,the heat transfer efficiency decreases at last.Temperature difference stir rice cooker makes uneven temperature to stir food for the purpose of non-stick.Their heating plates are made up of some sub-heating plates.They are divided into two groups.In rapid heating stage,all of them work together.After the water is boiling,SCM controls every group of sub-heating plates to work periodically.The uneven temperature makes the food to flow in the pot to avoid food sticking on the pot.In addition,this simple structure cooker is power adjustable and saving.
