摘要
为了评估温度、湿度对高压电动机定子绕组相间放电特征的影响,设计制作了相间放电模型,搭建了用于不同温度和湿度下相间放电的试验平台,采集了不同温度、湿度下的相间放电谱图,分析了相间放电的最大放电量、放电重复率、平均放电功率等随温度、湿度和电压的变化规律。结果表明:高压电动机定子绕组相间放电过程与温度、湿度密切相关。随着温度的升高,相间放电的起始放电电压减小,正、负半周放电起始相位左移,最大放电量、放电重复率、平均放电功率逐渐增大;随着湿度的增大,相间放电的起始放电电压增大,正、负半周起始放电相位右移,各放电参数逐渐减小。
In order to evaluate the effects of temperature and humidity on the phase-to-phase discharge characteristics of stator winding for high-voltage motor,a phase-to-phase discharge model was designed,and an experimental platform of phase-to-phase discharge under different humidity and temperature was constructed.The phase-to-phase discharge patterns were collected under different humidity and temperature,and the variation of maximum discharge magnitude,discharge repetition rate,and average discharge power of the phase-to-phase discharge with temperature and humidity were analyzed.The results show that the phase-to-phase discharge process of the stator winding for high-voltage motor is closely related to temperature and humidity.With the increase of temperature,the initial discharge voltage of the phase-to-phase discharge decreases,the initial phases of positive and negative half-cycle discharge shift to the left,and the maximum discharge magnitude,discharge repetition rate,and discharge power increase gradually.With the increase of humidity,the initial discharge voltage of the phase-to-phase discharge increases,the initial phases of positive and negative half-cycle discharge shift to the right,and the discharge parameters decrease gradually.
