摘要
为研究绝缘伞裙表面电荷分布不均匀的影响因素,对绝缘伞裙试品开展电晕电荷积聚实验,测量试品材料表面电位分布,计算绝缘伞裙表面电荷密度。结果表明:复合硅橡胶绝缘伞裙表面电荷饱和时的电荷密度峰值为-12μC/m^2;空气流动会对电荷积聚产生一定的影响,电荷密度分布不变但电荷密度峰值减小了14%;球电极偏置对电荷密度分布影响很大,电荷密度峰值出现在电极偏置的区域;绝缘伞裙表面的突起毛刺对电荷的积聚几乎没有影响;球电极表面毛刺和凹坑通过影响电极的电晕状况,对绝缘伞裙表面电荷的分布有较大影响。
In order to study the influence factors of charge uneven distribution on the surface of insulation shed,corona charge accumulation tests were conducted on insulation sheds.The potential distribution on the surface of insulation sheds was measured,and then the surface charge density was calculated.The results show that the maximum value of surface charge density is-12μC/m^2 when the surface charges of composite silicone rubber insulation shed are saturated.Air flow has certain influence on the charge accumulation,and the charge density distribution does not change but the maximum value of charge density decreases by 14%.The ball electrode bias has great influence on the charge density distribution,and the maximum value of charge density appears at the bias area.The burrs on the surface of insulation shed have little effect on the charge accumulation.The burr and pits on the surface of spherical electrode have great effect on the surface charge distribution of insulation shed by influencing the corona condition of electrode.
