摘要
目的探讨以健康教育为主的社区产后访视对产妇及新生儿的应用效果。方法对2014年1月—2015年1月该社区属地化管理的194例产妇进行入户一对一、面对面的家庭产后访视,分析产妇及新生儿的健康状况,并给予相关健康教育指导,对健康教育前后的访视结果进行对比分析。结果通过两次以健康教育为主的产后访视,产妇的健康技能和知识有明显提高。结论通过产后访视时的观察询问,制定可行的健康教育指导方案,可消除或减轻影响产妇和新生儿健康的危险因素,预防疾病,提高母乳喂养率和产妇自我保健能力,促进产妇和新生儿的身心健康。
Objective To discuss the application effect of health education in community postpartum visit for maternal and newborn. Methods A total of 194 cases of maternal under the community territorial management from 2014 January to 2015 January had been family postpartum visits at their home by one-to-one and face-to-face, to investigate and analyze the health status of the maternal and neonate, and to be given relevant health education guidance. The results had been analyzed before and after health education interview. Results By two times of the health education for postpartum visit, maternal health knowledge and skills had been improved obviously. Conclusion Through the observation of postpartum visiting inquiry, developing health education guidance scheme is feasible, and eliminating or reducing the influence factors of health maternal and neonatal disease prevention, improving the rate of breastfeeding and maternal self-care ability, promoting maternal and neonatal health. e
