摘要
目的了解合肥市无烟医疗卫生系统的实施现状,为今后持续开展工作提供借鉴。方法依据卫生部《无烟医疗卫生机构评估标准评分表》制作调查表,对抽取的医疗卫生机构开展暗访,分析机构的无烟环境设置和吸烟状况。结果医疗卫生机构平均得分68.0分,市区机构评分高于县(市),基层卫生机构得分较低。无烟环境设置平均得分为70.2分,吸烟状况平均得分为66.5分。71.4%的机构存在室内吸烟现象,40.3%的机构提供控烟宣传材料,32.5%的医疗机构开设了戒烟门诊,57.1%的机构设有室外吸烟区,79.8%的重点场所张贴了禁烟标识。结论合肥市医疗卫生系统的禁烟工作仍需加强,特别是县(市)地区的医疗机构控烟。
Objective To study the status of implementing smoke-free health system in Hefei and provide reference for the future sustainable development. Methods Undercover investigation was carried out and questionnaires designed by the Ministry of Health were used. The smoke-free environment and smoking status were analyzed. Results The average score of all the medical institutions was 68.0. The institutions of city obtained higher score than those of the county, and the grassroots health institutions scored lower. The smoke-free environment scored 70.2 on average, and smoking status scored 66.5. The result showed indoor smoking was prevalent in 71.4% of the surveyed institutions. Anti-smoking materials were provided for the visitors in 40.3% of the institutions. Smoking cessation clinics had been set up in 32.5% of the surveyed hospitals, 57.1% of the institutions designated an outdoor smoking area, and no-smoking signs were displayed in 79.8% of key places. Conclusion The building of Hefei smoke-free health system still needs to be strengthened, especially in the county area.
